Refund policy

We want our customers to love our products. If you would like to return or exchange a product. Please see our policy below. 

We will accept unopened returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange at equal value. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.  

Opened products returned within 14 days will be inspected for a partial or full refund, or gift card for the value of the opened product. 

We cannot accept returns after 14 days.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to the merchant without a return shipping label will not be accepted.

Accidental Damages
